{     The Selby     }    

One of the newer and more important URLs to make it into my RSS reader (nerd, nerd) lately has been the feed for The Selby, a collection of interior shots by NYC photog to the stars Todd Selby.

Selby goes into and documents the homes of various big and small NYC VIPs and creative-types such as fashion designer Alexander Wang, tattoo master Scott Campbell, leatherman Mitch Alfus, author Tom Wolfe, Nylon editor-in-chief Marvin Jarrett, actress Krysten Ritter, and my personal favorite, former Jane editor Jauretsi Saizarbitoria (dj, former editor of the old, good Details magazine, director of East of Havana, and collector of amazing Deitch Projects-esque art). The shots are intimate, plentiful, and of my favorite subject - the living spaces of creatives (what up E-Whock). I've always been fascinated with the homes of interesting (or not) individuals and how they choose to arrange their most comforting and personal spaces, thus this website is a goldmine for me.
