{ Komodo }
There are very few smaller companies that have truly impressed me, but Komodo is definitely one of them. Started in 1988 from a small Indonesian island, Komodo was the venture of Joe Komodo in an effort to create some jobs for himself and his friends. Komodo is a brand that follows an ideal that is beyond the shallow minded designs of its competitors.
Komodo’s product is made from the best quality of material, organic cotton of superior refinement. It’s incredibly soft, stretches well without loosing shape, and truly fits amazingly.
Komodo’s latest design venture couldn’t come at a better time, as their new campaign is aimed at awareness of Tibet’s struggle for independence. They have many designs intended to provoke attention as the Olympic games rings are intertwined with handcuffs or the “Tibet Dreams” tee with the Dalai Lama graphic gracing it.
Truly I couldn’t imagine a better cause for your money this summer. If you want a shirt that is relevant, that will last you ages beyond the overpriced vintage reproductions you’d buy at Urban Rob-you-blind-fitters, then look no further. Komodo is here for You.
Actually I believe people need to begin to understand who funds most everything that has been built in Tibet. Outside of your poor understanding of the political situation in Tibet, stop rocking to the beastie boys ....... fuck Tibet
