{ Insight • Spring-Summer o8' }

Insight is a label I can only describe as obscenely cool. Definitely unique in urban fashion design, you have a good chance of finding something completely original with the Insight label on it. Dressing for the warmer seasons will never be so easy, with the styles Insight is sporting. With a mix of retro cut and new current art and patterns, Insight has managed to really make a cool spring and summer line.
A little history: Insight was started back in the 80’s in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, when in the mid 90’s George Garrow, familiar perhaps from his role in co-founding the denim label Ksubi, and was later joined by designer Natalie Wood. Truly high quality, truly unique from their jackets to their jeans, Insight is a label that has great potential. One trend I hope is bucked soon however is the irrationally skinny look, for both sexes. Skinny jeans are not phat, especially on a dude. Still, Insight is far from being just another shot in the pan t-shirt graphic arts label, I really look forward to seeing what Insight will bring to the table in the seasons to come.
