hmmm, no... don't think so... while you have mentioned several of the great jim henson puppets, i'm afraid you neglected the best... think about all those monsters in labyrinth, the dark crystal, fraggle rock... i'd have to say the most impressive would have to be the huge nice monster in labyrinth (whose name i can't remember right now, damn- now i'm going to have to go and watch it), or hoggle, or the creatures in the dark crystal who were part puppet and part actor that were on hand and feet stilts... hmmm..... i never knew that king friday's name was actually king friday the 13th...

I have only one word: Yoda.

Not one mention of Sebastion the fox from "Meet the Feebles"? His performance of the song "Sodomy" will go down as one of the greatest moments in gay puppet history, ever.
Also, some credit needs to be thrown the way of Skank the miserable sock-puppet star of the Ben Stiller Show's mock-Fox-sitcom "Skank". "Shut your stinkin' trap!"

You've also missed just about the greatest puppet show ever on television: "Kukla, Fran and Ollie." You probably never saw it in its prime (1947-57), but it was more popular than the Muppets.

Let us not forget the always expressive White Fang and Black Tooth of "the Soupy Sales Show". It was amazing how much they could communicate with growls and gestures. And then, there were all of the Sid and Marty Krofft things....and the ventriloquist dummies, like Jerry Mahoney and Danny O'Day, And, truth be told, while I liked Mr. Rodgers, I figured out when I was about 5 that all the puppets had the same voice.Bravo Kukla and Ollie!

King Friday the 13th Who??????? Punch and Judy at 6????? While the Sultan of Swazzle (Punch) is known through out the world who the bloody hell is Triumph???? And what about Babe???

Here's another vote for the Tillstrom puppets (Kukla, Fran and Ollie). Add Fletcher Rabbit and Beulah Witch to Kukla and Ollie.
