You forgot a couple that actually visited Huntington: Null Unit & The Zs. Not that they're the absolute worst, or even among the twelve worst, but they're pretty un-searchable.
Looking for electronic pop from Lexington, KY wil get you knee-deep in computer geekery. Not at all what you're looking for.
I think I found The Zs once after an entire day of searching. Not good.

Yeah, I remember All; there are about a million other bands I could have put on this list (ABC, anyone? Probably not.) but these 12 make up 12 bands that I am usually searching out. I should have maybe made the title more Sarah-specific and called it 12 Bands That Sarah A. Gets Frustrated Searching For, and there it is. Sorry to have been so me-centric.
