{     Kev Grey & Dust Highway     }

Kev Grey is an artist whom I came upon in my travels through this here internet quite a while ago, an inker doing a fine job of weaving modern graff sense into rockabilly tattoo class. The results of what seemingly should have been the tackiest of tacky somehow resulted in a very nice and unique style. That style has since popped up here and there with the resurgence of sailor-style tattooing, the cockroach-ian perseverance of skate style, and the current fine-art'ing of street-art works. I have since caught Kev's work rising to the top in a wide range of places, as the boy has his fingers in a lot of mighty-tasty pies. You can catch his work on his own line of Dust Highway tees, shipped out of the UK, covering boards for East Skateboards, a skate company run by the Liverpool man Mackey, and gracing album covers for Sheffield based record label Invisible Spies. Skulls, knives, birds, and snakes, it's all nice, clean, and fresh, looking good both on the street and high at sea.
